I grew up in Margarettsville, North Carolina. I developed the passion of photography at age 14. Learning the different angles to get the best lighting and the right angles in a profile photo, were my main goals to make the best detailed photo! It went from taking pictures of myself, to others, to beach scenes. At age 16, I moved in with my grandparents, one being a Type B Diabetic and the other being a paraplegic, where my love of photography grew! I knew it was only a matter of time before my grandfather (my hero), would no longer be with us. In that time, I photographed the things he loved: gardens, grandchildren, his wife, and the life he built for his family. At age 18, I was blessed with my first son, my best friend, and of course the photography became more exciting! Between him growing up and his new adventures! At age 25, I married the man who had nothing in mind other than to make my dreams came true!! Soon after, we were blessed with a beautiful baby boy, who has made our life complete! At age 26, my husband pushed me to go after my ultimate dream! Photography! I have started my own business doing exactly what I love to do! Photographing others' best memories and treasured moments is something I take A LOT of pride in!
